Scope, efficacy & results
We teach cycle literacy, body awareness, and fertility biomarkers for learning and wellbeing. We do not guarantee contraceptive efficacy or specific outcomes. Examples, charts, testimonials and case studies are illustrative only; individual results vary. Participation in the program does not create a doctor–patient or clinician–patient relationship.
Minors & parental involvement
Flow & Glow is designed for girls aged 12–17. Where required by law, parental/guardian consent is needed to enrol or create an account. Parents/guardians remain responsible for supervising participation and for health decisions relating to their child. If your daughter is under the age permitted to consent in your country/region, you confirm that you are the parent/guardian and consent to her participation and to the processing of her personal information for course delivery and support.
Privacy for young people
At Flow & Glow, we believe your privacy is fundamental. Rest assured we will never sell, share or misuse your personal information. We only collect what’s necessary to deliver your course experience, keep you safe, and help your daughter learn confidently. We store your data securely and only use it for the purpose you signed up for (such as course access, support calls or community connection). You’re in control — you can ask us what we hold, update your details, or withdraw your information at any time. By enrolling, you agree to our full Privacy Policy and understand how your information is used.
Community spaces & safety
Our community spaces and group calls are moderated for respectful conduct. Participants must not share others’ personal or health information without consent. We may remove content or access that breaches community guidelines or safety standards.
Advertising & claims
We aim to comply with Australian guidance for health service advertising and therapeutic goods. We avoid misleading claims, and any information provided is educational rather than promotional of therapeutic goods or prescription medicines.
No unlawful exclusion of statutory rights
Nothing in this disclaimer limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law or other non-excludable consumer protection laws.
