Flow & Glow: The Teen Hormone Code ("Flow & Glow", "we", "us") is part of Fertility Wisdom with Kasia. We provide educational programs to help teens and their parents understand menstrual cycles, hormones, and wellbeing.

YOUR PRIVACY MATTERS

Your privacy is very important to us. We promise to never sell, share, or distribute your personal information. We only collect what’s needed to deliver your course experience and to support your daughter’s learning journey.
We handle your details with care, keep them secure, and only use them for things like course access, communication, and community support. You’re always in control—you can ask us what information we hold, update it, or ask for it to be deleted at any time.
By enrolling, you agree to this Privacy Policy and understand how your information is used.

WHAT WE COLLECT

We collect a small amount of information to make the program work smoothly.

CHILDREN, TEENS, & PARENTAL CONSENT

Flow & Glow is designed for girls aged 12–17. A parent or guardian must give consent for their daughter to enrol and participate. We encourage parents to stay involved, support their daughter’s learning, and help ensure her safety online.
If you’re under the age of consent in your country, your parent or guardian must complete the sign-up process and agree to the program on your behalf.
Parents remain responsible for supervising participation and for any health-related decisions.

COMMUNITY AND COMMUNICATION

Our private learning spaces are designed to be positive, safe, and supportive. Participants are asked to respect others’ privacy and not share anyone’s personal information outside the group. We may remove access if someone breaches community guidelines.

KEEPING YOUR INFORMATION SAFE

We store your information securely and only keep it for as long as needed to provide the course and support. After that, we safely delete or de-identify it.

YOUR CHOICES

  • Ask what information we hold about you

  • Request corrections or deletion

  • Unsubscribe from emails at any time

  • Simply contact us and we’ll help you quickly

UPDATES TO THIS POLICY
