Fertility Wisdom with Kasia · Flow & Glow

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 26 August 2026

The short version. Your privacy matters to me — and if you're a mum here to learn about your daughter's body, I know trust isn't something you hand over lightly. So here's the plain-English version before the formal detail: I collect only what I need (usually just your name and email), I use it to send you the things you asked for, I never sell it, and you can leave any time.

The longer version below spells it all out properly, because you deserve the full picture. I'm Kasia Krezalek-Weber, and this policy covers Fertility Wisdom with Kasia and the Flow & Glow programs. I comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

1What I mean by "personal information"

Personal information is any detail that identifies you as an individual — your name, email address, and so on. When this policy talks about your information, that's what it means.

2What I collect

Most of the time, it's simple: your first name and email address, when you sign up for a free guide, join a waitlist, or subscribe to my emails.

If you go on to purchase a program, I'll also collect what's needed to process that — such as your name, email, billing details, and payment information (payments are handled by secure third-party processors; I don't store your card details myself).

I may also collect information when you:

  • reply to my emails or fill in a survey or feedback form
  • update your preferences
  • take part in a program, workshop, or event
  • contact me with a question

And when you visit my website, some non-identifying technical information may be collected automatically (see the Cookies section below).

3A note on children and young people

Because my Flow & Glow programs are created for girls aged around 12–14 (and older teens), I want to be especially clear about how this works:

The parent or guardian is my customer. When you buy a program for your daughter, you are the account holder. I collect information from you, not from her. I don't ask girls to create their own accounts, hand over their own email addresses, or submit personal information to me directly.

Any participation by your daughter happens through you and with your consent, as her parent or guardian. If a program ever involves a girl sharing anything (for example, in a live session), that happens under your supervision, and I don't collect or store identifying information about her beyond what's needed to deliver the program you've purchased.

If you're under 18 and have found your way here yourself, please only provide personal information with a parent or guardian's consent. My sign-up forms and website are intended for the adults — the mums and guardians — who purchase and oversee these programs.

I take the privacy of children and young people seriously, and I'll always err on the side of caution and care.

4How I use your information

I use your information to:

  • send you the free guide, resource, or emails you signed up for
  • let you know when a program is opening, and share related updates, offers, and useful content
  • deliver any program or service you've purchased
  • understand what's helpful to you, so I can make my emails and programs better
  • respond when you get in touch

I may contact you by email (and, if you've given me the details, occasionally by other means). You can unsubscribe from my emails at any time — every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and I'll always honour it.

I will never sell your personal information. Full stop.

5When I share information (and when I don't)

I only share your personal information when it's genuinely necessary — and only with:

  • trusted service providers who help me run this business, such as my email/marketing platform, website host, and payment processors (for example, my emails and forms are handled through GoHighLevel; payments through secure payment processors)
  • professional advisers (such as an accountant), where required
  • anyone I'm legally required to share with, or where it's necessary to protect my rights, safety, or property, or those of others

Overseas storage: Some of the platforms I use may store or process data on servers outside Australia. Where that happens, I take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled with protections comparable to Australian privacy law.

If the business changes hands: If Fertility Wisdom / Flow & Glow is ever sold or transferred, your information may be part of that transfer — but only with appropriate confidentiality and legal safeguards in place.

6Keeping your information safe

I use reasonable technical and organisational measures — such as reputable platforms with their own security protections, access controls, and sensible data practices — to protect your information from loss, misuse, or unauthorised access.

That said, no method of transmitting or storing data online is ever completely secure, and I can't guarantee absolute security. I'll always do my genuine best to protect what you've entrusted to me.

7Cookies, website data, and advertising

When you visit my website, some non-identifying information may be collected automatically — like your browser type, device, and the site that referred you. This helps me understand how visitors use the site so I can improve it.

I may use cookies (small files stored on your device) to do this, and to tailor your experience. I may also use tracking tools and pixels — including from platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google — which may be used for analytics and, now or in the future, for advertising. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as smoothly if you do.

8A quick word on the content itself

Everything I share — in my free guides, emails, and programs — is education about the body, not medical advice. It's here to help you and your daughter understand how her body works, with confidence and without shame. It isn't a substitute for personalised advice from a qualified medical practitioner. If something feels off, or you have specific health concerns about yourself or your daughter, please speak with a trusted medical practitioner.

9Accessing or correcting your information

You have the right to ask what personal information I hold about you, and to ask me to correct anything that's wrong or out of date.

Just email me at [email protected] and I'll help. (In rare cases the Privacy Act allows me to decline a request — if that ever happens, I'll always tell you why.)

10Questions or complaints

If you're ever concerned about how I've handled your information, please email me first at [email protected] — I take this seriously and I'll respond promptly and personally.

If you're not satisfied with my response, you're entitled to raise it with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at www.oaic.gov.au.

If you're outside Australia, you may have additional rights under your local laws (such as the GDPR in the UK or EU). While I operate under Australian law, I aim to uphold good privacy practice for everyone, wherever you are.

11Updates to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time as my business, the technology I use, or the law changes. When I do, I'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date at the top.

Thank you for trusting me with your details — and with the conversations that matter most. I don't take it lightly.
